- Moo and Finley Collars does NOT offer refunds on any personalized items.
- It is the buyers responsibility to provide MM&FT the correct measurements for collars. If you have any questions regarding the measurements needed to complete your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
- If the collar you have ordered does NOT fit and MM&FT is responsible for the mistake, we will pay the postage for you to return the UNWORN collar to us. We will then re-make a new collar at NO-CHARGE and send out immediately to you.
- If the collar you ordered does NOT fit and YOU provided us the incorrect measurements, YOU are responsible for paying the postage to send us back the UNWORN collar. We will re-make a new collar for you with a restocking fee of $12.00
- Please make sure you provide us the correct collar measurements you need for your furry friend. Contact us directly with any questions you may have.
- Every item is handmade so you should expect some variations
- It is very important to follow the measuring instructions we have provided to you in each product listing.
- Moo and Finley Collars is not responsible for any misinformation you provide to us during the checkout process and refunds will not be given, so please double check sizes, colors, names, etc ..... prior to submitting your order.
- If Moo and Finley Collars is responsible for any errors with your order, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be offered and shipped at no cost to you.
